What can I say about Jolon Ruch? Well to sum if I had to sum it up in one word she is amazing!!! She is the best of both worlds. My boyfriend and I just purchased a home our first home and at times it got very stressful and overwhelming, and sometimes I felt hopeless because right now the market is CRAZY!! Jolon was extremely patient, kind, understanding, and she never failed to reassure that it will work out with time. By golly she was right! She never left us hanging if I called she would answer or call back with in a few minutes maybe an hour or at least text me. On the business end, she was rock solid for us, she knew exactly what to do and how to get it done. With everything from communicating thoroughly with our broker, to what to look out for houses, to making offers, inspections and what to ask for, all the way to closing. She was 110% there along for the ride with us the whole time never dropped the ball once. What separates her from the rest I believe is it is not just a career to Jolon Ruch, she truly has a passion for finding people a HOME not just a house.
