As a Colorado local, I have an insight on the different neighborhoods between Denver and Boulder. Each town, and even some neighborhoods have their own personality that I have come to know over the years of living here. The mountains and outdoor activities have been what has kept me in Colorado over the years. The weather allows for playing year round. There are few other places that offer the scenery, activity, and food culture that this area is so known for. The work/life balance has been recognized nationally, stating that this area is one of the best places to live in the country.
When buying my house in Boulder, I recognized the importance of having a knowledgeable Realtor to create a feeling of ease and excitement rather than stress in one of the biggest purchases of my life. This is what inspired me to become a realtor. My aim is to recreate that ease and comfort for others to experience during their transactions, whether buying or selling. I love meeting new people, learning what drives them, and matching their interests and lifestyle to a community to base themselves in. I am down to earth and a woman of integrity. I will be working as part of the Ruch Group, a team of highly experienced and involved Realtors.
When I am not watching the housing market, I usually can be found baking or vending at the local farmer’s markets or enjoying a hike with my husband and dog!
